Terms & conditions.
The rules under which we accept print orders. Last updated April 2026.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Webgro Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 09144528) trading as ANYPRINT, of 12 Longshot Lane, Bracknell, RG12 1RL. References to “we”, “us” or “ANYPRINT” mean Webgro Ltd. References to “you” mean the customer placing an order with us.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless we tell you otherwise in writing. A quote is not a contract. A contract is formed only when we acknowledge your order in writing (email is fine) and you have paid any deposit due.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order before printing, you will be refunded in full.
3. Artwork & proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork supplied to us. We will check supplied artwork for obvious technical issues (resolution, bleed, colour space) free of charge, but we are not proofreaders and we will not check spelling, dates or contact details.
We send a digital PDF proof before printing. By approving a proof in writing (email is fine) you confirm the artwork is correct and authorise us to print. We are not liable for errors in artwork you have approved.
4. Turnaround & delivery
Quoted turnarounds run from artwork approval. Same-day, 48-hour and standard turnarounds are best efforts based on press availability and reasonable supply chain conditions. We will tell you immediately if we cannot meet a quoted deadline.
Free local delivery is offered to RG12 and RG42 postcodes. Other deliveries are quoted at cost. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or collection.
5. Payment
For new accounts, payment is due on order acknowledgement before we go to press. Established account customers are billed on 30-day net terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
6. Cancellation & amendments
You may cancel an order at any time before we send a final proof at no charge. After proof approval, work in progress (artwork, plates, partial press time) is chargeable. We will tell you the cancellation cost in writing before invoicing it.
7. Variation in finished print
Print is a physical process. Reasonable variation in colour, registration, trim and finish is normal and not grounds for return. We follow industry standards on tolerances. If you require an exact colour match (e.g. Pantone), tell us at quote stage and we will price accordingly.
8. Defective work
If finished work is defective on receipt, tell us within 7 days. We will reprint at no charge or refund the defective portion. Our maximum liability for defective work is the price you paid us for the work.
9. Intellectual property
You warrant that any artwork you supply does not infringe a third party's copyright, trade mark or other rights, and you indemnify us against claims arising from such infringement.
Where we design artwork for you, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the artwork for the purpose commissioned. Source files are released to you on completion of payment in full.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability under any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost contracts, lost goodwill or wasted management time). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Data
Our handling of personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to hello@any-print.co.uk or by post to 12 Longshot Lane, Bracknell, RG12 1RL.
