Printed Postcards.

We print them ready for you or your mailing house to post, but we do not run the mail merge, franking, or postage ourselves. If you need a full door-drop or mailshot service including address data and postage, we can introduce you to trusted mailing partners we have worked with around Bracknell and the South East. Most of our Bracknell postcard orders are mailed out by the client themselves, or handed out at events, exhibitions, or in-store.

A6 (105 × 148 mm) is the most common postcard size and fits in any standard envelope. A5 (148 × 210 mm) gives you more room to include a photo, a venue map, and RSVP details, and is a stronger visual piece when it lands through the letterbox. For weddings specifically, A5 is more popular because the extra real estate justifies the slightly higher print cost. DL (99 × 210 mm) is a long, narrow option that fits in a DL envelope — good for tickets and event passes.

If the postcard is going through the Royal Mail and you want it to arrive without scuffs or bent corners, matt or gloss lamination is worth adding. For handouts at events or counter-top flyers that will get picked up once and acted on, no lamination keeps the cost down and lets the paper feel more like a proper postcard. Soft-touch lamination gives a premium velvety feel that stands out by hand, but adds noticeably to the price. Ask us at the quote stage and we will tell you whether lamination is worth it for your specific use case.

Absolutely, and for postcards there is no cost difference between single-sided and double-sided printing because we are running both sides in the same pass. Most Bracknell postcard orders go double-sided — front for the image and main message, back for the address space, website, and any small print. Single sided only really makes sense if the back will be blank for handwriting.

Fifty postcards. Most of our Bracknell customers order 250, 500 or 1,000 at a time, which brings the per-postcard price right down. For a mailshot campaign targeting a specific postcode area like RG12 or RG42, 500 to 1,000 is typical. We can digitally print smaller batches with variable data (different addresses, names, or codes on each) if you need personalisation.
