Table talkers are the bigger, attention-grabbing cousin of standard tent cards. Instead of a simple triangular fold, they are 3-sided pyramids, 4-sided boxes, or tall triangular prisms that stand up to 300mm tall on a table – impossible to ignore, especially in a dimly lit pub or restaurant.

Popular for punchy single-message promotions: happy hour offers, new drink launches, event announcements, loyalty scheme intros, and seasonal menu headlines. Every face of the talker prints separately, so you can run the same message on all sides or mix different promos. All shapes are delivered flat-packed with fold lines scored, ready to pop open in seconds.

Table talker or tent card – which should I pick?
Tent card for quiet messages (QR code to menu, table number, staff greeting, a discreet drinks list). Table talker for loud messages that need to be impossible to miss in a busy, dim, noisy environment (happy hour starts 5pm, new cocktail launched, beer festival next weekend, book your Christmas table). Table talkers read from across a room; tent cards need you to be at the table. For Bracknell pubs and restaurants, most order both – talkers for current promotions, cards for permanent table info.
3-sided or 4-sided table talker?
3-sided pyramid shape is the default – it sits stably on a flat or slightly uneven surface, and reads as distinctively 'a table talker'. 4-sided is slightly more formal, gives you a fourth face to print on, but can wobble on uneven tables. For pub and restaurant table use, 3-sided is our recommendation from our Bracknell print shop. 4-sided is better for reception desks or corporate environments where the surface is always flat.
How do they arrive?
Flat-packed (in die-cut but unfolded sheets) with fold lines scored. To assemble, fold along the scored lines, tuck the tabs into the slots, and the talker pops into shape in about 10 seconds. No glue, no assembly tools, no sticky tape required. When you are done with a promotion, unfold them and store flat until you print a new design or reuse them.
How quickly can you print table talkers?
48 hours from artwork approval is standard from our Bracknell print room. For urgent event or launch deadlines, we can sometimes turn around a run of 50 to 100 table talkers in 24 hours. What is the minimum order for table talkers?
25 table talkers is the minimum. Most pub and restaurant orders come through at 50 to 200 for a multi-venue or multi-month promotion rollout. For chain rollouts, per-unit cost drops above 500 because the die-cut setup is amortised across a larger run.
