Specifications.

Fabric SEG (silicone edge graphic) displays are the premium choice for modern exhibition builds. The print is dye-sublimated into a stretchable polyester fabric skin, zipped into a thin silicone bead around its edge, which slots into a channel in the aluminium frame – the result is a perfectly tensioned, completely seamless graphic panel with no creases, plastic sheen, or visible edges.

From small single 1m panels for a pop-up retail display, through L-shape and curved corner units, up to full modular exhibition walls that can be configured differently for each show. Lightbox versions have LED strips inside the frame for glowing backlit graphics, ideal for dark trade show halls.

Frequently asked.

What is an SEG display?
SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphic. The fabric panel has a thin silicone bead sewn into its perimeter that slots into a matching channel in the aluminium frame – when fitted, the fabric tensions perfectly with no visible edge or fixings. The result is a seamless, creaseless, premium-looking graphic that is significantly more modern than traditional fabric or PVC exhibition builds. Our SEG displays are printed at our Bracknell print room on dye-sublimated polyester fabric.
Can the frames be reconfigured between shows?
Yes, that's the main appeal of modular SEG systems. The aluminium frames bolt together in different configurations: a straight wall for one show, an L-shape for another, a U-shape booth for a third. The fabric skins zip off and on, so you can also refresh graphics between shows, change panel designs for different products, or sell sponsor placement. For Bracknell companies attending many exhibitions across the year, modular SEG is typically the most cost-effective approach.
What about backlit fabric displays?
Backlit lightbox fabric frames include LED strips inside the frame, lighting the printed fabric skin from behind. The result is a glowing graphic that reads brightly even in a poorly-lit trade show hall. LED lightbox fabric displays add about 80 percent to the cost of a standard fabric panel but generate far more stand traffic. Popular for product launches and headline brand positioning.
How quickly can you print fabric displays?
7 working days from artwork approval is our standard turnaround from the Bracknell print room. Dye-sub fabric printing is a multi-step process (print on transfer paper, heat-press onto fabric, cut, sew silicone edge) that takes longer than standard sign-making. For urgent trade show deadlines, call us on 01344 269692 for the honest answer. Multi-panel exhibition wall builds can take 10-14 working days for very large runs.
What is the minimum order?
One panel. Fabric displays are typically ordered as bespoke one-offs for specific trade shows or exhibition builds, so single-panel ordering makes sense. For multi-panel exhibition wall builds, pricing is per panel with some volume discount. For ongoing stand-refresh orders where the frame is already in use, replacement fabric skins are priced significantly below new-panel pricing.
