Circle stickers are the most-ordered sticker shape – they read as friendly, brand-like, and finished even without any design effort beyond a logo on a coloured background. We print on white vinyl as standard, which is waterproof and UV-stable for outdoor/fridge/bottle use for 3 to 5 years. Clear vinyl lets the surface behind show through. Vinyl or paper stickers – which should I pick?
Vinyl if the sticker will get wet, go outside, live on a car or bike, on a bottle that goes in ice, or anywhere that isn't dry and indoor. Vinyl is waterproof, UV-stable, tear-resistant, and lasts 3 to 5 years outdoors. Paper is fine for indoor stickers that get applied once and stay put (notebook labels, filing organisation, indoor promotional freebies). Paper is about 40 percent cheaper per sticker than vinyl, so if the use case permits, it saves money.
What size circle sticker should I order?
50mm is the most popular all-round size for product branding, promotional giveaways, and bottle neck labels. 25mm is right for small product stickers, bottle cap labels, or loyalty stamps. 75mm and 100mm suit bigger visual impact for retail packaging or window stickers. Above 150mm moves into signage territory – consider vinyl wall stickers or rigid signs instead of sticker labels.
Can you supply stickers on rolls for a label dispenser?
Yes. If you have a label dispenser (common in e-commerce fulfilment), we can supply circle stickers on a continuous roll with a release backing, to fit your dispenser's core size (standard 25mm or 76mm internal diameter cores). Tell us your dispenser make and model and we will supply on the right core. Roll labels are about 15 percent more per unit than sheet labels because of the finishing.
How quickly can you print circle stickers?
48 hours from artwork approval is standard for our Bracknell print room. For very large runs (10,000+ stickers) we plan on 3 to 5 days. For urgent small runs, we can sometimes do 24 hours on a few hundred stickers. Call us on 01344 269692 for the honest answer. What is the minimum order for circle stickers?
50 stickers is our minimum, which works for a small trial run, a boutique product launch, or a personal-use batch. Most Bracknell business orders come through at 500 to 5,000 stickers because the per-sticker cost drops sharply above 250. For promotional event giveaways, 2,000 to 10,000 is common.
