How quickly will I hear back?
The same working day, almost always within the hour during business hours (Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 16:30). Out of hours quotes land first thing the next morning.
Is the quote binding?
Yes, for the specs you ask about. If you change quantities, paper stocks, or finishes after we quote, we will send a revised price. No hidden charges, no surprises on the invoice.
What if my deadline is very tight?
Tell us in the form or over the phone. Most local jobs turn around in 48 hours, but we can often go faster on smaller-format print. Same day printing is available on documents.
I don't have artwork yet. Can you still quote?
Yes. Pick "Need design help" or "Not sure yet" in the form and we will quote print and design separately. Our in-house design team handles everything from logo tweaks to full brand builds.
What file format should I send?
Print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and CMYK colour is perfect. If you have a Word doc, a Canva export, or a rough, send it anyway. We will check it, flag anything that needs fixing, and send you back a proof.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, card, or invoice on 14-day terms for established customers. Payment is due before your print leaves the studio unless you are on account with us.
What if I only need a single print?
Still worth a quote. Most of our pricing scales sensibly down to small runs, and single-off documents, photographs, posters or plans are a daily job for us.
