Stapled booklets (also called saddle-stitched) are the most common way to bind short booklets between 8 and 48 pages. Pages are printed on large sheets, gathered, folded in half, and secured with two staples along the spine. Simple, fast, and cost-effective — the perfect format for anything under about 48 pages.

We print on 150gsm silk as the default interior, which gives a good balance between quality and booklet weight. For a more premium feel, step up to 170gsm; for a lighter and cheaper handout, drop to 100gsm bond.
