  4. Click Create new, name it “ANYPRINT”, then click into the editor box.
  5. Paste with Cmd V (Mac) or Ctrl V (Windows).
  6. Under Signature defaults, pick this signature for both FOR NEW EMAILS USE and ON REPLY/FORWARD USE.
  7. Tick Insert signature before quoted text in replies (recommended).

To customise: change the name, role and email in the source HTML below before copying. Everything else (logo, brand colours, layout) stays the same.

Same signature for Apple Mail / Outlook

  1. Apple Mail: Mail → Preferences → Signatures → pick the account, click +, paste into the right pane, untick “Always match my default message font”.
  2. Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste.
  3. iPhone Mail / Outlook mobile: these only support plain-text signatures — copy from your Mac/PC sent folder and paste into the mobile signature setting; works but appearance varies.
